As an engineer, the best thing here is to be exposed to the full stack of development work, as opposed to a very limited scope in most other places.
Agency, transparency, meritocracy.
There is very little politics, and a lot of very smart minds working towards a common goal. It's sort of my Ideal situation.
Flexibility with work/life.
Same as above.
The best thing about working at ATA is having the freedom to do things the way you think they should be done. I have a distinct work style, and my team supports that.
